All Recovery Meeting

Whether you are seeking or maintaining recovery for yourself or you have a family member or friend who has been influenced by addiction, this group is for you.

All Recovery Meetings honor all pathways to recovery, acknowledging that each person’s path is unique and reflects their personal strengths. We are offering an opportunity for social support that focuses on the hope found in recovery and to connect with others who are initiating and maintaining a recovery lifestyle. (Open Meeting)

Heroin Addiction Recovery Team (HART)

Are you looking for help but don't know where to start? Some local Bergen County police departments run the HART program. Through this program you can go to the participating department to ask for help and/or voluntarily turn over drugs and paraphernalia.  The Department will then reach out to a Recovery Specialist (someone in recovery for over 3 years) to provide you with support. Our Patient Navigator will assist in connecting you to treatment and services.

- Lyndhurst *

- Mahwah

- Paramus

* Police Departments that The Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources work with.


Meditation

Come Join the STAR Team for Afternoon meditation:

Through meditation one can gain a new perspective on stressful situations, build skills to manage your stress, increase self-awareness, focus on the present, reduce negative emotions, increase imagination and creativity, and Increase patience and tolerance. (Open Program)
