Virtual WISE Program

Are you 55 or older and looking for an opportunity to learn how to stay healthy and meet new people?
Join us, and bring a friend!

The educational program offers six lessons that cover a wide range of topics. Join us for this fun program, where you’ll meet new people and:

• Learn about the aging process and how to make healthy lifestyle choices
• Celebrate this exciting stage of life and all the benefits that come with it
• Discuss risk factors and behaviors you should avoid to stay healthy
• Examine how alcohol, prescription medications and over-the-counter medications affect seniors differently and how you can avoid problems
• Learn how to use simple tools to help you feel more empowered about your health and the healthcare you receive

Dates: 11/30, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 1/4, 1/11

Participants who attend 4 out of 6 sessions will receive a $25 gift card.

Winter Fitness Series for Seniors

Dates: 12/8, 12/22, 1/5, 1/19, 2/2, & 2/16

A body in motion stays in motion! This FREE Zoom class led by STUMBA instructor, Rande Kirkwood and is designed be fun way to work out while at home. Enjoy the mind and body benefits of working out without having to go to the gym.

Please bring small weights or two 8 oz water bottles.

Register for one or register for all by clicking the link below. There will be a $25 gift card raffle each session.

Join us as we shift mind, body, & breath together and ease pain with soft, sweet, smooth moves.

Do you ever have pain? This free Zoom workshop for older adults will explore some gentle pain busting moves while increasing mindfulness to help conquer the pain we face on a daily basis. Join one date or join both.

There will be a $25 gift card raffle for people who attend!

Facilitator speaks Spanish.
