We offer programming and support across the lifespan in several areas that encourage people on their path to recovery, give youth the skills they need for smart and health decisions, give parents the support that they need, support older adults to encourage wellness, and arm communities with the tools they need to reduce substance misuse.

8 Dimensions of Wellness
Tablet for Seniors program educates older adults on how to use a tablet/ internet. For 3 sessions seniors learn how to navigating the internet, how to use zoom, email, play games and internet security. While learning digital skills seniors stay socially connected and increase wellness.

WISE Program

The WISE Program is a health and wellness program targeting older adults. WISE promotes health through education concerning high-risk behaviors in older adults. The WISE Program is designed to help older adults celebrate healthy aging, make healthy lifestyle choices and avoid substance abuse. The curriculum is designed to take place once per week over a six-week period. Each lesson is about 1 ½ to 2 hours, Light Lunch Served. Older Adults receive a $25 Visa Gift Card upon graduation for those who attend 4 of the 6 sessions.
