Our Services

Opioid Overdose Recovery Program (OORP)

A Recovery Specialist will meet with an individual at bedside following a Narcan Reversal from first responders to offer an opportunity to engage in treatment or connect with a Recovery Specialist. 

Opioid Overdose Recovery Program Expansion (OORP-E)

This program is an expansion of OORP that extends the same services to those with a Substance Use Disorder who have not been reversed by NARCAN.

Support Team for Addiction Recovery (STAR/STAR-E)

This program aims to guide these individuals through their first year of their recovery process by providing them with a Recovery Specialist and Case Manager who work together to bring the client’s plan of recovery to fruition.

Justice Involved 

This program supports individuals who are currently on Bergen County probation, Recovery Court, recently arrested or released from the Bergen County jail. Individuals referred must have had a current or previous opioid use disorder. 

Knock & Talks

This program supports individuals who are met with through a "knock and talk" at their place of residence or motel in Bergen County. Individuals are identified in partnership with local law enforcement as high risk due to a repeated number of overdoses.
