Has Your World Gotten Smaller?

Connection, Community, and Support for Older Adults in Passaic County

Retirement, health changes, the loss of loved ones, transportation challenges, and family living far away can make it harder to stay connected. If you're spending more time alone than you'd like, you're not alone.

The Senior Wellness Program  is an innovative community-based program designed to help older adults build meaningful connections, improve their well-being, and stay engaged in their communities. Whether you're looking for companionship, support, new activities, or help accessing resources, we're here for you.

Funded through a grant provided by the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Aging Services

Why Connection Matters

Social connection plays an important role in healthy aging. In Passaic County, many older adults face barriers that can contribute to social isolation, including health concerns, limited transportation, language differences, caregiving responsibilities, and financial challenges. These barriers can affect physical health, emotional well-being, and quality of life.
