New to or familiar with the virtual platform Zoom, this guide will show you the features available to you when you are participating in a Zoom meeting. Users will learn how to Mute/unmute microphone, how to start and stop video, invite other participants, reveal the participant panel , share your screen and reveal the chat panel.

Everyday we add a new page to our book of life stories and these stories will leave a great mark. Your shining seasons and most challenging moments carry on and will teach onward generations. This group will come together over 8 sessions to share and record life stories from all the stages of life into a keepsake book. Participants will be provided with a book to write down stories, paste pictures and keepsakes, etc. The possibilities are endless! Don't like to write or scrapbook? That is okay too! Just come to share with the rest of the group.

Life transitions make us have to adjustment to living a "new" daily life: no longer driving, changes in celebrating holidays and milestones, job loss/retirement, etc. . The stress of these adjustments and increased social isolation can cause feelings of depression and anxiety and increase substance misuse.
