Join us as we shift mind, body, & breath together and ease pain with soft, sweet, smooth moves.
Do you ever have pain? This free Zoom workshop for older adults will explore some gentle pain busting moves while increasing mindfulness to help conquer the pain we face on a daily basis. Join one date or join both.
