Bergen County Recovery Support Services, also known as BCRSS.
BCRSS is an initiative of The Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources
(TCADR). The Center is a program of Children's Aid and Family
Services. TCADR's goal is to educate Bergen and Passaic County
communities about alcohol and drug misuse and advocate for
responsive prevention, recovery, and treatment services.
