We offer programming and support across the lifespan in several areas that encourage people on their path to recovery, give youth the skills they need for smart and health decisions, give parents the support that they need, support older adults to encourage wellness, and arm communities with the tools they need to reduce substance misuse.

8 Dimensions of Wellness
Wellness involves being aware of ourselves as whole people, including a sense of balance and contentment. It is the feeling that things are going well for us today and can continue to go well for us tomorrow. It is the belief that we have meaningful relationships and a sense of meaning and purpose.

Strengthening Families Program - GARFIELD

The Strengthening Families Program serves parents and youth ages 10-14. Join us for a seven week engaging fun filled family program. Session are once a week and include free dinner, child monitoring, and interactive activities including role-playing, discussions, learning games, and family projects. Families that complete the program receive a $100 Gift Card. This family skills program is designed to delay the onset of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, increase resistance to peer pressure, and improve parent management skills.
Familias Fuertes es un programa para familias y jóvenes de 10 a 14 años. Los invitamos a participar en este programa familiar d 7 semanas. Las reuniones son una vez a la semana e incluye cena gratis, cuidado de niños, y actividades interactivas y divertidas para toda la familia. Familias que terminan el programa reciben una tarjeta de regalo de $100.
Nuestro programa está diseñado para retrasar el consumo de alcohol, tabaco, y otras drogas, aumentas la resistencia hace la presión de grupo, y ayuda desarrollar las habilidades como padres.
