Are you an adult (over 55 yrs.’) with an ongoing health condition or a caregiver of a person with a chronic disease?
You will get the support you need, find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment choices, and learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health.
If you have conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, or addictions, this workshop can help you take charge of your life.

Help Shape a New Program for Older Adults
Have ideas about what helps older adults stay connected, active, and engaged?
We're looking for Passaic County residents age 60 and older to join the Senior Wellness Program Advisory Board.
As an Advisory Board member, you'll have the opportunity to:
Share your experiences and ideas
Help shape programs and activities for older adults
Advise on ways to reduce loneliness and social isolation
Ensure services reflect the needs of our community
Make a meaningful difference for other older adults
No special experience is required. We are looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
